Make It Work Technology is operated by Datawall Security, LLC. Submitting a request does not create a service contract or guarantee availability, pricing, response time, or resolution. Any paid work is governed by the proposal or service agreement accepted for that work.

SMS program

Customers who separately opt in may receive account updates, network or equipment alerts, and service-status messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Monitoring limitations

Alerts depend on compatible equipment, power, internet connectivity, third-party carriers, and service availability. Monitoring and messages are not emergency services and are not guaranteed to detect or report every outage or device condition.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or malicious content through the website. We may decline requests or restrict access when necessary to protect customers, systems, or the business.
